Our offer is directed at consumers in Europe.

We sell human hair extensions. Hair is a natural product: small variations in colour, shine and texture are normal, and colours on screen may differ slightly.

Lengths are indicated in centimetres and inches and measured with the hair stretched.

All prices are in euros (EUR). Shipping costs €18 per order and is free for orders of €300 or more.

Orders paid directly on the website (PayPal or card) receive an extra 2% discount on the products, shown in the cart before payment.

You can pay on the website with PayPal or with a credit/debit card (processed by PayPal), or order via WhatsApp — in that case we send you a PayPal payment request.

Depending on your country, import VAT or customs fees may be charged by the carrier on delivery. Contact us before ordering if you want to know what applies to you.

Online, the contract is concluded when you complete the payment. Via WhatsApp, it is concluded when we confirm your order and you pay the payment request.

You receive a payment confirmation from PayPal by e-mail.

We deliver to European countries.

Orders are dispatched immediately, within 1 business day after payment. Delivery takes 7 to 20 business days after payment.

You receive the tracking code on WhatsApp and by e-mail as soon as your order ships.

You can cancel your order free of charge until it is dispatched. Write to us on WhatsApp or by e-mail and we refund 100% of the amount paid.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day you, or a person designated by you, receive the goods.

To exercise it, inform us with a clear statement (WhatsApp text message or e-mail to kinghaair763@gmail.com). You can use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.

Before sending anything back, contact us: the return address is the one indicated on the invoice included with your order, and we confirm it in writing. Send the goods back within 14 days of informing us.

Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless we sent you a wrong or defective item.

We refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may wait until we have received the goods back or proof that you have sent them. We use the same payment method you used.

Exception (hygiene): for health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to hair whose sealed packaging has been opened after delivery. Only open the sealed packaging if you want to keep the product.

If you receive a wrong or defective item, tell us within 7 days of delivery on WhatsApp, with photos of the item and of the packaging, so we can solve it quickly. We pay the return and send the correct item or refund you.

This does not limit your statutory rights: you are always entitled to the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.

We are liable in accordance with the statutory provisions. Hair extensions should be applied by a professional; we are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect application or care.

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. As a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country where you live.
